I used to have a KL 250 years ago. was a great little bike!!! I see they made a KZ 250 also. wonder how close to being the same they were???? I learned that the KL uses the same piston as the KZ1000.........I wanted to bore the KL out for a 1075 piston....never did, could not find a head gasket big enough..and didn't want to try and make a copper one , to find out it wasn't going to seal well.

I think there are two Kz250 motors. One is a single based on the Kz200 single. The other is a twin, which later became a 305 twin.
