I have to have my bike painted too. I was considering yellow. Then I saw your bike and decided thats it. What is the color of your bike ?

Wow beautiful ride. My bike was that color before it was black, kinda wish I hadent changed the color.
Those are great looking rims too were did you pick those up, or are they stock?

PREVIOUS KZs: 1980 KZ750H with 108,000 miles; 1980 KZ750E with 28,000 miles; and KZ750H street/cafe project, all sold a few years back.
This is what I do for fun, not for work. It is art, with a little engineering thrown in.

I hope your bike looks as good as we are all imagining, and runs even better than that. How many miles onn it? I also like the yellow. It looks a lot like the yellow I painted my 1967 Austin Healey 3000 way back when. I took the color code from the 1963[?] Corvette Stingray. It looked great on the Stingray, but a little odd on the Healey. I like it on your KZ, and am thinking about using it for my current project KZ (that I have been contemplating for more than a couple of years, without any progress).

razor blade is stainless you can just buff it out!bwaha anyway if a guy has the time and patience to learn to polish parts you can save a lot of money on plating buy doing your own polishing before hand,the more of the dirty work you can do yourself the more youll save like anything else!goodluck,happy wrenching!
