Spoke wheel rear disc 650B? was created by SpokeWheel650B
Anyone tried using a 750B swingarm/rear wheel/disc brake combo on their 650B? Wading though Mother Kaw's website it looks to be doable. Swingarm pivot is same diameter, not sure if the sw-arm lengths are close but they should be. Just wondering if anyone has been down this road

I have a 78 650 swingarm and wheel on my 750B, if you were to put a750B swingarm on a 650, they are the same lenth and pivot is same also, but on the 750B the right side of the wheel mount is a larger diameter( the brake caliper mount goes through it) so you will have to use the calper and disc from the 750B, in other words it will fit if you take the whole thing(from pivot on back) and put it on the 650 then hook up the brake line

Ah, a simple answer:cheer: thanks for confirming, all I need now is a bracket to mount the master cyl to...I saw something regarding fabbing a bracket near the motor mounts, under the batt? Not wanting to weld on the frame, so I can return to drum brake if so desired.
