Is there any frame differences between these two for the years 1978 and 1979?

The rear loop of the frame is different. I believe the D's (SR's) is shorter as the two grab rails are shorter as well. The mounting tabs from the B & C rear tailpiece are not present on the D (SR) either.
Also the SR's will be diffrenrt than the B models, as in the SR uses a disc brake in back and has the mount for the rear master cylinder (as does a C model) but the B having a drum back brake doesn't need the mount.
