Brake question. was created by kzmarvo
Can i take the front disk brake off the front of my 76 900 and bolt it on the other side? I know the caliper wont go out the other side i just wanna see if the disk brake will fit the other side.

The tire needs to be re-mounted to roll in the opposite direction and then the rim can be flipped 180*, putting the rotor on the right. Remove caliper and re-mount on the right side. You really should buy new brake lines, but you can rube goldberg the existing lines.
