I have started installing my GS1100E swing arm and 750GPZ rear wheel.. Why ? The swing arm is 2" longer and the whell is a 3" stock is 2.19 " I started my mocking up all the parts and shocks , I will need to change the upper shock bushings .

The rear sprocket holder , caliper bracket , spacers are all off a 82 750LTD Looks like it is all going to fit

The lift table is from Harbor Frieght it was 299.00 on sale last month .. works good for us old guys that cant bend over so well anymore ,, and No old people jokes either ...LOL LOL :S

Thats lookin great 48 :woohoo: Thats going to look great on the road. The two inch longer looks to be perfect in relation to the fender. It doesnt look short or too long. Cant wait to see it all together with new tire.
I dont have much planned for tonight so I might get the frame in my sand blast booth then mock up the swingarm to see what needs to be done. Thinking about cutting the neck and raking it myself now that I have a spare frame:whistle: . Thanks again:)

Update .. I read on here somewhere that the swing arm pivot bolt could be used as the axle if bushings were made for the swing arm,, or atleast that is the way I took it .. it turns out that the pivot bolt is long enough and uses the same nut as the axle But the center is smaller in size than the axle .. so this means you have to change the wheel bearings then drill out all your spacers , Caliper bracket to the larger 20mm .. :pinch: I found whell bearings at my local bike shop at around 10.00 each ..
