If it's only tweaked a little bit (no creases in the upper tubes) you might want to check with a bike shop near you.
A lot of shops will send out forks/wheels/frames for straightening to help save customers from having to replace them.
I had the forks and front wheel straightened on a GPz550 I had crashed in '86, you couldn't even tell they had been bent afterwards.

Justice114, Lose the "all caps" typing. On the internet, caps are considered SHOUTING and make the post hard to read. Anyway, to answer your question, you didn't mention which bike model you own. I think some KZ1000s use different diameter fork tubes. The easiest way to get around this is to buy the WHOLE front end off a bike. Get the trees, forks, fork lowers and brakes with the splitter and master cylinder. That way, you can just swap the whole mess. The other way you can do this is to go to
www.buykawasaki.com
and look at diagram for the forks and see what other models share that part number. I have the forks from a 74 or 75 Z1 on one of my 76 KZ900 carb test bikes using the 76 trees but I had to use the Z1 caliper/rotor as well as the mount is different. On my other carb test bike, I got the whole front end including trees/brakes from a 79 LTD. If I am not mistaken, the LTD forks are a bit thicker but I can't swear to it.
