Wanted: Air Shocks was created by DACarpy
It's looking like I"m going to have to replace the suspension on my Spectre. After looking while detailing I noticed a weld was broken. I would weld it back on, however the rubber gromet would melt. And trying to remove it would do more harm then good.
So after doing some research I notice it seems like the Progressive 416 is a good replacement, but it's a little over my budget for now. Especially since I'm doing a repaint and getting new tires.
I'd thought I'd see if anyone has a set of 13" air shocks in good condition laying around and is willing to sell. I've tried the ebay thing and online hunt, to no avail.
Thanks and Have a good one!

Harley air shocks are pretty cheap on e-bay, and they're about that. I think they actually measure 12 3/4ths. I bought a pair of them that had 3000 miles for $35.

If you are looking to retain the air adjustable feature you might want to look for a set of shocks off a Vulcan. The 750 and the 800 as well as the 1500 all have the air adjustable feature. The 750 and 800 are about 2" shorter if you want to lower the bike some. The 1500 uses standard 13.5" length. Hope this gives you some more options.
