Turn Signal on drugs was created by kawaduce
This is probably a stupid question... BUT:
When I ride slowly the turnsignal behaves nice and seems to be in harmony... But when I ride not so slowly (or past my neighbours house in 1st gear, 9000 rpm) the turnsignal looses its harmony and blinks insanely fast. Is this the way it should be, or am I missing some regulator or such?

If I owned your bike, I suspect I would get a multimeter and check the bike's battery voltage at idle and then at 4K rpm. It should be about 12.5 VDC at idle and about 14VDC at 4k rpm. If the voltage is in excess of much more than 14VDC at 4K rpm, I would start thinking about investing in a new regulator/rectifier as it is probably going. If the voltage is OK at 4K rpm, I would replace the turn signal flasher relay. You can get them at any autoparts store for under $5. They are barrel shaped and have two prongs arrayed as an |_
