horn button and starter was created by steveo_4192003
my wiring for the right control switches dont work,(all internal wiring gone)
i just wanted to know if i could unhook my horn and run those wires to my starter for my push button? will this cause any damage?
the horn dont work and the button for my starter dont work,(cause wiring) so i thought i could just hook the horn wires up to the starter!
any ideas??

Just go buy a electric push button. Or toggle switch and mount it where you want. Better yet get a used pod off e-bay or junk yard! Is the wiring gone? Can't be cleaned up? If it's still there it's not really hard to recondition!:silly:

yes the wiring is gone out of it!!
none at all!!
thats the only reason i am doing this, the person before me took it out cause it shorted out, i guess.
i will hit the junk yard, great idea!! i have two of them, three blocks from me!! ((duh!!!))
can the wires for the horn, handle this job as the starter button? in the horn button location on left side ?

Just guessing but I would guess it's same gage wire since it just makes the 12v relay.
