Slowed down by a Web. was created by rstnick
I'm getting ready to go to work this morning and pull the cover off the bike. When I look at my guages, I notice a Spider in my Speedometer!
It has made a nest near the top of the guage.
I've got to get to work, and figure once I get going and get the needle upto 100kph I'll scare the Spider out of there. Well the needle wont go past 50kph. It just stays there when I know I'm going faster. I pull over and check the cable. It's still connected. I continue on to work and decide to take apart the guage, as I've got to get this Spider out and my guage working properly.
I take it apart, and send the Spider on it's way.
I clean up the guage, checking for more web inside. I decide to paint the Green ring Blue to match my bike while I have it apart.
Here is the cleaned speedo. It worked as good as new after getting the web out.
