solder joint in oil was created by azchili
i'm in the process of rewing my stator because of a broken wire inside the housing.i saw a post were the wires were completely replaced and i cant find it.question?how does the solder joints hold up to oil especially if there drownd in it all the time.has anyone done this and can any wire be used(i want to make a new harness)

it shouldnt be a problem if it doesnt touch the cases. if your worried about it you could coat it with liquid electrical tape from wally world
