Went out to tune up old paint and it was only running on two cylinders. I found one bullet connector loose on a coil and basicly not in its sleeve, A Ha!, connected it and checked the rest. Fired it up, and still on two. Put in a good coil that I had previously tested. Nothing! Then I put some new condensors in and bingo! We have lift off. Finnished the tune up and reset the cam chain tensioner, she's quiet now. OK, the question is, can an intermitant contact between the coil bullet connector and its wiring harness sleeve/connection roast a condensor? All I know about electricity is that it's no fun to put my finger in a light socket.
