I am still working on putting back together my motor, and the fram is about done, but when these are done I still have one major problem. I dont have a wiring harness. My original plan was to just try to wire it myself, doing only what was necessary. Lights and signals wouldnt be used, just the bare essentials. I thought about getting the dyna s 2000 kit, and I was wondering if this would cut down the wiring( since it comes with ignition, coils, plug wires). What other wiring would be necessary to get the bike running?
Or would just trying to find an OEM wiring harness would be easier and more practical?

How about a charging system, or are you going to run a total loss system (run until the battery is to flat to power anything)??
If you are going to have a charging system, then you need the reg/rec and the appropiate connectors to hook it up.
