But I noticed one thing for sure, wnen I turn the key ON, both front turn signals lightend up at the same time and nothing shuts it OFF

Where are you located McGregor ? Looks like a union jack in your avatar.
You say that when you turn on the ignition both turn signals come on. Does each one also flash when you use as a turn signal ? This would be normal in the US there they are both running lights and turn signals.

Yes,exactly...the front lights ARE running-lights as WELL as signal-lights.They will be on when the ignition is on,but the rear lights are ONLY signal-lights,and will only come on when there is power supplied to them,via the turn signal switch.
There may have been some hard luggage-bags on the bike at one time,that had signal-lights attached...maybe?
Does any of the wiring in that area look like it's been chopped and/or spliced at all?

I'm going to modify my rear signals to serve as running lights just like the front ones. I just would like additional lighting in my tail when driving at night time. I plan on connecting to the two blue wires in headlight and run them back to rear. Now I just need to find some nice three-wire lights...
