Head light needs replacing

I have a 81 KZ 440 Belt drive

Hello I was wondering if anyone has ever put a regular car light in their bike? My was vandelized last night and I need a headlight quick. I live in a very small town in the north of canada so parts take awhile to get here.
Does anyone know the size of headlight I need?

Don't do it. The focus pattern is cut differently. An auto bulb directs light to the right.

The left bulb lights the front of the car. The right bulb lights the right side of the road.

Use a car bulb and you won't see anything in front of you.

well that makes sence

although my bulb is actually not broken, it just the lens I need. maybe I can fit a lens around the existing bulb? The police in my town are often board and like to ticket anything that moves. So I think I will have to get creative. Thanks again. Tyson
