5 degrees ignition difference was created by martijn
Today I was inspecting the ignition timing. I do have a dyna S. I used to set the timong just by rotating the 17mm nut with a wrench. So it was exactly on the F mark.
Today I used a stroboscobe to check the timing and I noticed it was approx 4-5 degrees before the F mark (At 1100rpm)
Then I found that there is some play in the mechanism.
What should I use as reference the static timing or when running???
