Condensers was created by hobodan
Well i have been messing around with my ignition a lot and i have become curious about the condensers for the ignition. I have new ones on the way, but from what i gather they are just a capacitor to help give it that little extra bump. (correct me if I'm wrong) I have one that works for the 1.4 but the 2.3 is shot. I was curious if anyone happened to know the specs of the Condensers and if they can be replaced with common capacitors? If so, how many µF would they be? and what kind of voltage is necessary for them?
Thanks!

Thanks!

I thought someone mentioned .1uF, but the reason they are not just common caps is their voltage needs to be in the 600v range.
