There is a white wire that comes off of the assembly that replaces the points mount on the right side of the engine.
I kept track of all other wires, but didn't realize that the small wire coming from the right side of the engine was aftermarket. I thought that I could re-attach it using the Kawasaki owners manual.
Web searches come up with mortgage companies. It is a "Mortek Products Inc. Santa Ana Ca". That is the only identifying mark on the thing.
I have no manual for the aftermarket ignition thingy.
I don't know where the thin white wire goes.

Thanks for the links guys, I don't know why I was having problems googling Martek, but I came up goose eggs.
I gave my best guess as to where the last wire went, and guessed correctly. Upon completion of a total core rewire, it started right up, smooth as silk. I fixed all of the accesories as well!
Still not charging though.
Thanks again for the help you two!
