Looking for Carb Rebuild Kit - KZ250 KEIHIN was created by K250Z
I’ve been looking for a rebuild kit for my KEIHIN 1160-SA23 carb and haven’t had any luck yet searching the interwebs. Does anyone here know where I might be able to find one?

Have you checked with Keyster?

most of the time, all that is needed are new orings and gaskets. The metal parts very rarely need replacing. If the float needles are all metal and do not have rings worn into them, a careful polish of the needle and seat may be all that is needed there.
