Firstly I hope you mean Vm26 not vm 22 on a 900!
Regarding syncing the carbs it really doesn't matter what they read as long as they all read the same. Ie they balance each other.
I use carb 3 as the datum and adjust the other 3 to match.
The balance I use doesn't even give any numbers just a visual indication.
