fuel lines diagram 1995 kz1000p was created by MALCOLMHOULE
does anyone have a map or diagram of the fuel lines stemming from the four carburetors for a 1995 kz1000 p the two center carburetors seem to connect to the in-line fuel filter, and then the tank. Two outside seem to run up the frame connecting to the vacuum system. There is (breather?) nipple on the I just don’t know what they’re supposed to do.

Two vacuum lines Tee together, then go to the Air Switch Valve.
One vacuum line needs to connect to the petcock.
The other vacuum nipples on the carbs are to be capped.

The small port on the side of the petcock is for a vacuum line that operates the valve. The larger port on the petcock, that has a short bit of hose on it in your last picture, is for fuel. It connected the a fuel tee between carbs two and three. It is down low on the intake (air filter) side of the carbs.
Vacuum lines are small, fuel line is large.

got it - … i think i was (am) tired
but just for clarity - ive got the fuel done: Petcock to inline fuel filter to fuel line “T” between carbs 2 & 3.
carbs 1 & 4 connect and “T” then go up to the Air switch valve
carbs 2 & 3 connect and “T” then go to the small port on the side of the Petcock.

That is typical, though I see no harm in having two carbs connected to the petcock.thank you!!!

It will work but is another source of an air leak. Speaking of which, I would disconnect the delete the air switch valve.thank you!!!

Did you remove the pilot jets and hold them up to a light to make sure the hole is open? Remove the pilot screws and springs, then shoot carb spray through the passages, making sure they are open through the carb body? It's important to replace the O-rings on the pilot plugs, pilot screws, and float valves. And speaking of float valves, be sure to keep the needle with its original seat, because they wear together when in use.
