Dyno Day Thursday was created by dbsuperbiker
For tomorrow I have reserved one of the local motorcycle chassis dynos for the entire day for Z1 Superbike testing.
Coming up soon is a trackday for practice , a CCS racing weekend at Jennings GP in early October and the annual AHRMA race at Daytona Int'l Speedway in Mid October.
Agenda for the dyno is two-fold....to test a new, hand-built titanium Yoshimura header system against the homemade steel system I have been using.
Secondly, to test a set of Keihin 31mmCR racing carburetors against the 33mm Mikuni street smoothbores I have been running. Keep in mind the rules require a 29mm restrictor plate no matter the carb size.
Lotsa jet changes in my future :o)
