I bought this cheap little 90 degree 8mm socket wrench that came with a hole in the top to insert a screw driver blade. It was only $4 on Amazon so expected it to be shitty. The bend was 100 degrees instead of 90 and the hole above the socket was not centered and drilled at a 5 degree angle! It was a 3/16" hole so I figured I could fix it to be parallel to the socket by over drilling it with a 1/4" carbide end mill.
It only took a couple of minutes and its fixed to take a proper sized flat bladed screwdriver bit. Its a lot weaker now but your not putting too much force locking down adjustment screws. This will help when adjusting VM carbs. Its a tiny little thing so its now sitting in my jet box for when I need it.

I made one many years ago for the CV carbs on my Harris, I used a piece of 6mm rod bent to a suitable angle with a cheap 1/4 drive socket welded to the side of it at the end

Done the same years ago, scabby looking thing but very useful.
