Several years ago I bought a set of Vessel JIS screwdrivers.  When I run into a stubborn screw I think "How did I survive so long without these? How did my motorcycle survive?

A common feeling when using the proper tool. The right tool makes the job easier and more professional looking. Many of these old bikes survived the wrong screwdrivers by sacrificing the heads of their fasteners.

Have you tried the Impacto Vessel jobbies?  If not, treat yourself!  I use them regularly and can't imagine wrenching without them.

A set of Vessel Impacta JIS screwdrivers and a set of left handed drill bits should be in every japanese bike owners toolbox.

I also like my JIS impact screwdrivers, but when the going gets tough, I turn to my heavy, all steel, impact tool.
I have found the trick to keeping screw heads in good shape, is to go to the impact driver before you feel it is absolutely necessary.

A good set of jis screwdrivers are crucial while working on these old bikes. Also having and impact screwdriver with jis bits is a lifesaver because you can shock the screw and they come right out.
