Mystery crazy tool ! was created by Sheath
Hi everybody! I picked up this crazy thing in a junk shop about 10 years ago and no one has ever been able to say what it is or what it does, one half looks like possibly cutter maybe wire stripper at a push....who knows, the whole thing is heavily decorated and the only wording on it is.... " Western Germany" that's it guys...what do you think?!

Yes I thought wire cutter or possibly tin snips, one confusing part is the threaded piece underneath as though it's supposed to be bench mounted? .... hmm I didn't think about it being that old! It only cost me ÂŁ1

From a time when people didn't figure a handsaw was disposable. It's a neat tool if you're into making sawdust with hand tools—real Roy Underhill-type stuff.

I'm glad to see that people are still looking at my old threads! I recently found these two British army pocket knives dated 1952 and 53 they has been in a very damp environment for some time, one had a steel chain attached that was dark orange and crumbling, it just broke off! So I guess they're good quality stainless I'm not sure what "rbs" on them means...any ideas?
