It jumps between 10 and 20, how can I measure where I`m between ?
For my engine the tolerance is 0.10 - 0.15, so I want to be close to 0,15mm ?

That is what I have done before also, but thought it was a bad solution 10+5 = 20 + X (since you adding two blade together = 17 ?
Oil between the blade give some extra thickness ?

As i say before, I bought two sets with different steppings in case of not must adding two feeler gauge blades together to work like one feeler gauge blade only!!!

I always felt this to be the case too. It would be easy enough to check with a caliper or micrometer, but I never have. Whatever it might be, it would be trivial.
Wiping the feeler gauge blades clean is a must. Debris can also be stuck with the oil.
But, yes, it would be best to use the proper thickness, assuming it is the proper thickness to begin with.
