working my way towards a proper rebuild
Mobile Jack Stand for Motorcyle was created by knutsonr
Proud owner of a KZ750, wondering if anyone had any advice on what jack or stands i can get to be able to move around my bike when working on it that allows me to easily move it without it being tippy so I can utilize my small garage when not tinkering? Anyone know of a good product for that? (FYI small children so I don't want them being able to tip it over)
Thank You in Advance

Saw a "Spider" jack at racetrack last Sunday .Think thats the sort of thing you are looking for but only for "race bikes" ?? - worth looking into.

It's not really a jack, but Harbor freight sells a fairly inexpensive dolly for moving the bike around in your garage. You could use some tie-down straps to make it kid proof.

The cheap, thin sheet metal Z braces are said to fold over and dump your machine on the concrete
Anyone know if that is even remotely true?

Some of the guys around here say the HF 1500lb lifts are good for 250cc-650 sized dirt bikes and that's it.mike1957 wrote: I was at harbor freight yesterday to p/u a battery charger.

I have a 1000lb HF lift table and the motorcycle dolly. Currently I have my Kz1000 on the dolly and I've had my Vmax on the lift table. Zero issues on both so far.
