JIS Impact Driver

It's finally time to replace the old carb intake boots. The previous owner had attempted to remove them for some reason and began to cam out the JIS heads. I need a JIS screwdriver that is also and impact driver to hopefully extract the screws without further damaging them. I came across a vessel brand screwdriver on amazon and saw that it had pretty good reviews, however I very rarely trust the reviews from the amazon website. I was wondering if somebody could give me some feedback on the overall brand as well as any experience with the quality of this particular impact driver.

Hand-held impact driver is used with a hammer.
Twisting force is selectable for either direction, clockwise or counter-clockwise.
The bit-retainer fits onto the tool's standard 3/8" socket holder.
Removing the bit-retainer (just pull it off) enables attaching any size 3/8" socket.
Good Fortune!
