I found my setup worked better at 90 psi. they all build enough pressure it just the cfm that you need to be concerned with.When looking for a compressor to use for soda blasting, aside from cfm, what pressure is required?

So for soda blasting, best to look for max cfm @ 90 psi.
You definitely want a large cfm for blasting, and a two stage pump would be a plus if you couldn't get your hands on a vane type pump. They're designed for continuous output.

Black iron pipe has been used, but I don't like the rusting potential after a few years, besides, most black iron pipe is made in China and leaks big time unless you get a pipe tap and die and re-do the threads.
