I used to put my fenders and plastic from my DS-80 in the dishwasher. My Mom still brings that up. :laugh:

B) It is starting to sound like ( You might be a redneck if ) . Hold on the wife just asked if I would take my transmission out of the bath tub . Has anyone ever herd of a trans bath before ? :laugh:

Hey, that reminds me... This might deserve a whole new topic, but I used to have a parts washer to drool over. I had an old 100 gal fuel tank out of a pickup bed. I mounted a one piece fiberglass tub and surround on top so the drain was over the filler neck, and filled her up with solvent. I used an old fuel pick up pump for the fluid. sat right in the back yard and I could fit a c-6 trans in it in one piece.

Hated leaving it in Texas. but you can't take everything, and I had no money in it.

One little improvement I thought about while reading this thread. Using the rubbermaid tote,,I would hook up my small shop vac to the end away from the opening for the gun. Use PVC couplings and turn it on to collect the powder. My small shop vac has a bag in it. Pour the powder back into your suction bag. Should help you to see better also.

i found this. taken a while. if i got to machine mart and that its more money and u get less in amount for blasting material..

will this do for the carbs and so on.
