KZ400H Exhaust Options - Slip-Ons? was created by Dr. Frankenstein
I have stripped my '79 KZ400H down to the bones but am looking for exhaust options. The original exhaust mufflers were toast, literally rotted through, so when it comes time for a rebuild I'd like to know if anybody has had the same experience, and what they used in place of the OEM's? Are there any good options for slip-ons?

Here's what I'm dealing with - the headers are still pretty good, but the mufflers themselves had to be cut off. What's a good replacement? Is there anything that bolts right up? I plan on using a Sawzall to cut those rusted ends off, but I'm looking for options.
