Front sprocket was created by Mn kz
1980 KZ 1000 LTD
Trying to replace front sprocket. Not sure how to remove left engine cover.
Any help?

Just 4 bolts holding it to the cases, 2-m6 x 125 and 2-m6 x 70. Once removed the cover pulls straight out. The clutch cable and actuator stay on the cover.

Don’t the foot peg assembly, starter cover and shift lever have to come off first?
