Later style cast iron guide, Kaw started using long wearing iron guides & nitrated valves with the later 100 engines, single guides are all over ebay, even some oversize, .002 -.004.
You need correct reamers and guide drivers to install correct. Plus you have to heat the head a little to expand. Might be time for an ebay head, lots of J-model heads on cheaper than the Z1/KZ heads for sure. I never followed the few years of the "Bath Tub" head different chamber pattern, drag bike guys like them to modify for older engine conversion

IIRC they were referred to as "sintered iron", and started in 1978 for unleaded fuel use.

yes there was that clip that came out with the springs for that valve and I'd found it right away, but didn't realize it was from the guide, thought it came from a valve seal lol

burning question, should i replace the broke cast iron guide with a bronze guide so i don't have to fart around with heating the head and cooling the guide?

I'm wondering if you could dunk the guide in liquid nitrogen and then simply drop it into the unheated head.
The LN will make the guide MUCH colder than any freezer could ever imagine, but don't hit or drop the frozen guide because it will shatter.
