I sit here and try to think of something nice to say. Well I just hope you guys get better. When you ride its not if your going to get into something but when so just wear proper protection and always look out for yourself. Aleve and Ibuprofen are your friend. or self med. Get well soon Cheers Pete

That's just stunning! I'm glad your weren't hurt more seriously.

If you're able, try to see that she's charged with as many violations as possible. Find her court date and be there. Then sue her for everything you can get.

If you need some motivation just imagine what she would be going after if your roles had been reversed.

It is as it has always been...people don't think about motorcycles so when you're riding you have to do their thinking for them as well as your own..... B.O.G.B.S. That's short for something I learned in 1979 in the telephone industry. It's related to the color scheme in cable pairs. Blue, Orange Green, Brown Slate.... They said just remember Be On Guard Be Safe.....kind of sticks in your mind...

There, fixed.

Well here is the latest.
It took till today for the police to be at the station to get a copy of accident report. Report shows 20 yr old girl came at me head on to make a sweeping right turn into her driveway, and she admitted being fully at fault. :cheer:
Here comes the part I don't like , :(
Even thou she admitted fault and left the scene of the accident NO ticket was issued. The police said she seemed to be handicapped on some level mentally and was barely able to function in public and that her boss forced her to return to work and not wait for the police to arrive. Pays to be NUTS . But yet she has a drivers license and uses Poor judgment . What a way to run a railroad
The adjuster from my carrier came out and is being very fair on fixing my bike, And they say they will cover all my medical expenses too , And then they will go after the girls insurance company.
Im still pondering bring a suit against her but will gather all the facts and then see what a lawyer says is my best course of action.
So in wrapping this up I now know us bikers really are a lower form of life when it comes to how the police and courts helps or punishes us
Least Im starting to feel alittle better and most of my wounds are healing

Be very aware out there
Dave
