I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.

It's amazing what that man can do with a hacksaw!

Yes very clever indeed.
l retire in 4 years (plenty spare time then) and are very tempted here in Australia to give this a go as l have a spare engine and nearly enough bits to add to make a 6.
Being storking Allen on social media and his magazine articles with nearly enough info to pull it off except how he connects the 4 oil gallery's before welding up, l'm thinking machine out the holes perhaps 20mm deep or so and press a piece soft tubing be alloy or copper with some kinda sealant?
Of course IF and WHEN l go ahead l'll be asking the master for permission first and perhaps he might let me know his trick for this area, also hoping he might sell me one his custom made ignition units by his mates up the road, fingers crossed.
