The short list is the rear swingarm and wheel width changed, the engine design changed (wider bore spacing, fancy liners), and some colors changed.

I'm happy with my 1100. I'd like to find a set of zx11 cams. I hear that's a good mod. Or find a complete 95/96 gpz1100 engine and swap it to get a 6 speed and more HP.

The GPz head probably will not fit in the ZRX frame because of the down draft design vs. side draft.

The gpz did not get the downdraft head. It's sidedraft like the zrx. I have read that the gpz bolts in to the zrx.
