Well, I've been railing away in my garage in Colorado. I frequent the site but I've never heard a reference to RESTOCYCLE. I looked at their site, impressive.

For soda blasting I get away with a homemade blasting gun, just a 1/2" tube stuck on a air nozzle and a box of baking soda from the supermarket. Soda will not remove grease, you have to thoroughly clean and degrease the part first then soda blast and wash with soapy water.
I blast out in my parking lot and let the wind clean it up.
