do you have a picture? 900 not running seems steep imo, unless its super clean. i really have no room to talk, my bike didnt run either and it was free.I'm looking at this bike to start my hybrid project and was wondering what you guys thought of it. It needs coils and electric ignition to get it running and He's asking $900.00

folks consider it friendly to introduce yourself and maybe give a little background-location-current bikes ect...
for that tells if the deal could be too much trouble ect....
so to start...welcome to KZR
tellus a little about you...
oh and any kz for 900 might be something to snag.....pics are the deal maker

then if you want to still hybrid do one stage at a time and you can gauge the outcome and make corrections..there are many folks well into there rpojects who would kill to have one complete and running great to swap parts onto...nothing like going for a ride after wrenching for an hour trying to mount a new part.......in my opinion ,you have the making of a great bike and may want deal with "that" bikes issues before tacking on more confusion...and yes ...900 is fine...500-700 bikes are real rare these days and 900 aint too many 12 packs more imo...
welcome and i hope you get it .......

the paper work and bike numbers are important later when the $ registration part comes and can factor in "NOW" to the sale/offer price...
good luck

That engine looks newer than 77'. I'd say $900 is a bit steep. $700.00 is more in line, especially when you have no idea whats up with the motor.
