Want to see your corner skills improve? Would you like to be able to practice your cornering skills without tempting a driving award from the local gendarmes?
Try this style of riding. When we ride in groups we almost always settle into a staggered line up and do our best to hold our positions. When the road turns twisty the protocol calls for the lead rider to hold up one finger signifying single file again. Single file means using the whole lane, setting up for turns etc.
How about sticking to either the left or the right half of the lane irrespective of weather your riding in a group or alone. I bet you'll find that if you HAVE to ride the left half of the lane you'll have more fun and need more skills, AT A LOWER SPEED. No setting up for turns no looking for the apex, these are NOT real street skills any way.
How about picking your four foot wide lane and riding it?
