Bought a stored "garage find" 550 Zephyr the other week. plan to go through the bike and recommission it to use over the summer. It will complement my owned from new 1980 Kawasaki Z500, sort of the first and the last of the line.

Nice project! I'm jealous. There aren't a whole lot of those bikes in the USA, which is a shame considering they are pretty much the UJM high watermark.

How wild, two Zephyr 550’s new to the forum in one week. What are the odds? They’re rare bikes, and for those of us with them, or familiar with what they are, we know they’re pretty special. Looking forward to seeing your restoration!
