You saved one that many would have walked away from and built a bike that makes many envious.(myself included!)

If its any consolation, it looked great in reverse...!!!I used google and found the camera setting that was reversing the images and video. Learn something new every day.

I was really happy to browse through this thread today and see that you got her running. A long road but well worth it!

I have not tested it, no. Everything was operational when it was parked. So the functionality of the horn was an assumption on my part. Are you sure the horn works?

Not that I know of. You could probe the connectors on the power side of the relay to see if battery voltage is getting to the relay and if it is also exiting the relay. The key will need to be on and the flasher switch engaged. The volt meter will need to be grounded to the frame or engine. Is there a test with a volt/ohm meter to ensure it is functional, or replacing it is the only way? The factory wiring diagram does not show the internal circuits for both the hazard flasher and the turn signal flasher.
The relay needs to see a certain amount of resistance on the other side, but if you are using factory style bulbs, you should be ok there. If there is too much resistance on that side, the bulbs should be blinking like crazy.

The horn may have rusted internally.
