THE LOOKS WERE NEVER THE ISSUE ITS THE CURVED SUBFRAME AND THAT PO ALREADY CUT IT

so subframe was already cut under tubes frame is completely gone

Following up on loudhvx's wheel comments, you might be able to use an 18" Rr wheel from a 550A or 83 650-CSR. or maybe a couple of other models. 650F. but not a 440.
