Quite the project.
What front and rear ends are you using?
The swingarm looks massive in red.
How was fitment in the frame?
Wheelbase looks to be extended as well.

The front and rear came from a crashed 2006 gsxr 750, the bike was in bad shape bit i only payed 600$ for the whole thing.
Fitment was easy I just made the frame wide enough with a little persuasion from my angle grinder then cut down the gsxr pivot shafts to act as a sleeve for the stock kz pivot shaft and voila!
Then for the shock I had an old Katana frame laying around, I cut out the shock mount from that, welded it in added some gussets on the frame and that was that

Before the purists pounce, nice work! I'll be keeping an eye on this. Very long and low stance, hope it turns out as badass as it looks like it will

This is one of many builds that have me inspired with my bike. Love the work you're doing!

Okay hate all you want I've ditched the original tank because it's needs way too much work the previous owner had done a very bad job with sealing it and they're were tons of pin holes.
I had an aftermarket harley style tank laying around so I chopped the tunnel out of it and I will be welding in a new one to fit the frame.

It will be interesting to see how the drive chain aligns between the countersprocket and rear sprocket with that rear tire being so wide. As shown below, there's not a whole lot of extra width between the countersprocket, frame, and tire, so it may call for some creativity to align things without the chain rubbing. Ed
