Okay so it's running, brakes are next. I still keep looking at the ZXR running gear but am determined to get it registered and running sweet before I get into that. Front end is no problem, I am wondering if I can stuff the ZXR wheel into the zx1100 swingarm. Maybe if I machine the hub but I would need about 20mm and I don't know what I would have left after that.
Anyway, so I polished up the tank to keep me motivated. Plus here's a pic of the Laverda adjustable bars I have used for a long time now. Not quite as low as clip ons, probably wider too. Switch blocks clear the tank. They get around the forks and whatever else is going on with master cylinders, gauges etc.
