If mine is 50% of this result when it's done, I'll consider myself well served.

Thanks mate, much appreciated! Funny thing is Leon that it is still pretty much the original bike. The screen, seat, and bars, are the only changes the body other than the color. I am pretty stoked with the result though!

Windscreen: did you cut it down yourself or were you able to fit from another application (was able to buy something & mod to fit)?
Paint: powder coat or? I noticed you mentioned you sent the bags out. Be great if you knew what kind of paint & process they used.
Pods: what we're your final tunings for the carbs? Needle & jet sizes, etc. How does it run vs. Stock airbox? I live in California, so rain isn't much of a concern.
Very well done.

Hey mate sorry for the really slow reply! Only just saw this one. Slack lol! The windscreen was a standard screen cut down to the shape I wanted and then i used some black perspex and cut a new one using that template. Came out mint! The frame and associated parts are all gloss black powder coat and the paint is matt black paint done by a mate of mine who is an awesome painter. Sorry but to be honest I can't remember the jetting etc and i have since sold the bike.
