Hi Guys,
Ken from BikeBuilds.net here. Looks good so far! How's progress?
We were glad to add chonus's bike to our directory: www.bikebuilds.net/kawasaki-kz1000-stree...hter-build-by-chonus
If anyone would like to have a build of their own listed, just send me a message with a link to the build thread and we'll take care of the rest.

Well it’s been a while. 10 or so years. 2 kids, a house and a wife. Finally got back on this project, and rode it for the first time. Slowly granted, no rear brakes yet. Tons of small obstacles, but thank you all who helped me get this far. I’ll keep this updated from here on out hopefully. -Dave

Alright, so I took a swing at the seat pan. Never messed with fiberglass before. I covered the area with duct tape and added some strips of velcro to the edges to simulate the folded over leather. I think it turned out pretty well. Super sturdy. Still need to trim it. Then foam and leather. Waiting on bigger jets and brackets for the rear master cylinder. Last thing is paint. Thinking gloss black with some small gold accents like the AC sanctuary kz1k.
