It's chrome, I found the bike like that on ebay in the US, shipped to Israel.
I think I might change the fork, rear swing arm, rims so I can enjoy modern rubber and brakes. I'll see depents on what I find at what price

Wow, I looked at this before I slipped out the door this morning and never noticed the frame being chromed. That's a nice touch you don't see too often. Looks to be a nice clean example, Nice score and welcome aboard!
