Looking forward to following your build I understand the low funds thats where I am for the moment.
But me and the IRS have an arrangement I pay them they say you still owe me so I dont get a refund but that would keep me unempkloyed until it ran out so maybe that is for the best.
good luck with the build

Ok. So due to some health issues (3weeks and counting of debilitating migraine like headaches). I haven't been able to jump back on this thing as I had hoped. ALTHO!!! There is good news. The "Secret Weapon" is resting peacefully (for now  ) in my garage. This "Secret Weapon" Is a very well built 831 from an awesome gentleman who saw me all over the internet asking questions about building the very engine he had just sitting in his garage. It made ~110hp when he ran it. I will be putting on EFI made up from GPZ1100 throttle bodies and a Megasquirt controller and running 100 octane race fuel thru it. I am hoping for around 125hp. I will be purchasing the tubing and plate for the frame next week. I have a few side jobs coming up so progress will be a lil slow at first. The frame has to be completed and rolling in around a month. My frame guy is moving 2/3's of the way across the country after that. Thanks for your patience in waiting for this lil bastard to come to fruition. I know I am less than pleased with the progress thus far. But not much can be done about it. I included a picture of the "silver bullet" as I have been calling it.

What a difference a day makes. The frame is 90% done. Just brackets and two more gussets then some finish welding and grindind and it will be ready for color. I am going to try and upload a couple pics right now. More in the next day or two. She looks bitchin!!! Went from fumbling around, digging the memory banks attempting to remember where we left off. Once we got the train on the right track and rollin things moved fast. Started with straight tubing and ended up with a frame 12 hours later. Not bad for hand tools. More to come soon.

I need to find some ~8" rise bars for this thing. Plus a tank, fender, headlight, etc.. I also need a steering stabilizer from a 90's GSXR. Going to semi hide it under/inside the tank and mount it to the lower triple. Obviously I need to blow the forks apart and lower them 3.5-4 inches. Need spoke wheels too!!! 19" front/single disc, 16"rear/drum.

Thanks guys! I'll be back at it today. Get the final gussets and engine mounts knocked out. Then it's parts, parts, parts. hahaha. She don't look to shabby for going from conception to roller in 12 hours. With that 831 breathing fire into this lil bike. She should be a BLAST! Can't wait to annoy the harley crowd.
