Just registered here.
Here's the maiden voyage pic from my iphone. Haven't even had a chance to park in a decent spot for pictures.
I have a pair of rear sets I was going to use, but I'm short and the stock placement felt good so instead of the tons of work making rear sets work, I just kept stock controls.
That's a battery box hanging under the seat and all the wiring and electronics are hidden under the seat or inside the rear of the seat (there's a hidden compartment in there that is accessible only if the seat cushion is removed. Seats a little longer than traditional CAFE seat, but I like to give my daughters rides on back, hence the rear footpegs. Haven't had a chance to add small rear fender yet.
Used a no-drop drag bar instead of a clubman initially, but I think I might change over. Paint job is just a rattle can, but I did polish most every stock bolt. Was trying to rush and get it going before it gets too cold. I'll try to get some good photos if the weather gets better.

great looking bike! where did you find the seat? I wonder if it would be big enough to carry my girlfriend...all 100lbs of her.

The seat is a fiberglass pan I made that was cushioned and covered by a local upholstery company. The actual cushion area is only about an inch thick, but it looks like there is much more cushion because of how the sides of my seat pan wrap over the edges of the frame. The seat will fit 2 skinny butts or one big butt + a child's butt!
